A non-bailable warrant has been issued against the victim in Unnao’s famous Makhi case. On Tuesday, the Delhi Police produced the uncle of the rape victim in the court. Let us inform that in this case, former Bangarmau MLA Kuldeep Sengar is serving a sentence in Tihar Jail. In the trial, the plaintiff had already been accused of framing false documents. Last two weeks ago, the court had issued a BW warrant against the victim. But she did not appear in court. Thereafter, the court issued a non-bailable warrant.
On Tuesday, the Delhi Police produced the uncle of the rape victim in the court. During the hearing of different cases, the rape victim did not appear in the court in the case of fake TC. Earlier, on his non-appearance, the plaintiff’s advocate had applied for issuance of non-bailable warrant against the co-accused. After which the Magistrate Rajiv Mukul Pandey has issued a non-bailable warrant against the victim.
In 2017 the victim filed a case against Kuldeep Sengar-
In 2017, Kuldeep Sengar was accused of kidnapping and rape by the victim. The woman was a minor when the incident took place. The school’s TC was submitted regarding age. At that time the victim had gone to Sengar’s house to talk for a job. After which he had accused of raping her at the MLA’s house.
Claimed to be a minor in court-
The victim of the Makhi incident herself claimed to be a minor at the time of the incident. The victim stated that she was below 18 years of age. Along with this the TC of the school was presented. But the advocate of the accused party had claimed in the court that the TC was prepared in a fake manner. Today the Unnao Court has issued NBW against the victim.
The accused Kuldeep Singh Sengar was sentenced to life imprisonment by the Tis Hazari Court of the CBI about two years ago in the case of the accused, who is serving in the Tihar Jail. In the case accused Kuldeep Singh Sengar is serving sentence in Tihar Jail. At the same time, many criminal cases are also registered against the uncle of the victim. Its hearing is going on in different courts of Unnao. The victim’s uncle Mahesh Singh is also lodged in Tihar Jail.
