Tried to grab the plot of a retired officer in Bareilly. On protest, he demanded extortion of ten lakhs. The victim has complained about this to Izzatnagar police station. Police have registered a case against one named and three unknown persons under sections of fraud, extortion and threat to kill. Rajesh Giri, who retired 13 years ago Rajesh Giri, a resident of Prabhat Nagar in Premnagar police station area of โ€‹โ€‹Bareilly, retired as an executive engineer from UP government service 13 years ago. The retired officer told the police that he had bought a plot from Saroj Arora on 24 August 2011 in Ashutosh City Peer Bahoda in Izzatnagar area. This plot also has a boundary. The victim told the police that Kallu got a fake deed done in the name of Salman and Munna Baksh on 10 July 2018. Tasleem Khan and Mohammad Asif, residents of Peer Bahoda, have given fake testimony in this. After the fake deed, all these people remained sitting for a long time. Now attempt to grab the plot. The victim told the police that the accused are domineering people. They suddenly tried to grab the plot and vandalized it. It is alleged that they constructed two rooms, tap water, electricity connection, toilet in the plot and kept a watchman along with his family. At the same time, threatening the retired officer, they asked for extortion of Rs. 10 lakhs and said that if he set foot on the plot, they would dig his grave right here. Police have registered a case against Salman and others and started investigation.
