The shooting of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s web series ‘Heera Mandi’ is about to end. Its shooting is being completed on 28th September in Lucknow and surrounding areas. In this way, this web series will become India’s first OTT series to be completed in a total of 314 days.

Bhansali’s Heera Mandi will be on Netflix

Sanjay Leela Bhansali has given his signature style in this series. There are many songs in this film. It is being called Trade Circle Musical Web Series. By the way, the first Hindi music web series was ‘Bandish Bandits’. It came on Amazon Prime three years ago. Bhansali’s ‘Heera Mandi’ will be on Netflix.

Netflix has made a huge investment on this. It has been given the status and part of the International Original Project. Bhansali himself has given the music in it. Big singers like Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal have done playback singing in this film.

Trade experts said, ‘Bhansali has created this web series on a large scale like his films. Its story will go from 19th century to pre-partition. The strongholds of courtesans were then called royal mohallas. Common people and British army officers used to go there for recreation.

Therefore, to create that era, to show the mutual power politics of the courtesans and the behavior of the top officers of the British Army, rooms and offices of the British and forts have been built on a large scale. So that the splendor of that time can be seen.

Sources associated with the show said, ‘Its shooting took 314 days. The shooting of a total of eight episodes is being completed in this number of days. However, Bhansali has shot a total of two episodes himself. It is believed that preparations are being made to promote it on the scale of Money Heist and Squid Games. Earlier the shooting was to be completed in a schedule of 100 and 150 days. But it is finally being completed in 314 days.

The shooting of the film was taking place in Mahmudabad Haveli of Sitapur, Lucknow. Many films have already been shot in that mansion. However, the team of Heera Mandi has chosen some other mansion in Sitapur itself. Not only this, the team has also given work to the people there in the series.

Next project will be ‘Baiju Bawra’

Now Bhansali will soon start shooting for his Baiju Bawra film. There are reports in the trade circle of Mumbai that Bhansali is originally going to cast Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in this too.

However, Alia is going to start Vasan Bala’s film from next month. Next year she will start Yash Raj’s female spy film. Meanwhile, pre-production will be completed from correcting Baiju Bawra’s script and casting the rest of the cast.

It is possible that Bhansali will first release Heera Mandi on Netflix next year. Then he will take Baiju Bawra to the floor. However, people will not have to wait much for the announcement of who will be in it.
