The film ‘Chandu Champion’ directed by Kabir Khan is a sports drama based on the life of India’s first Paralympic gold medalist Murlikant Petkar. Petkar won the gold medal in the 1972 Summer Paralympics held in Germany. He made a record by completing 50 meter free-styling in 37.33 seconds.

Karthik Aryan is in the lead role in the film. Karthik has done a lot of intense preparation for this film. He is undergoing physical transformation for the film. Last month, the team completed shooting for the London based schedule. If reports are to be believed, the makers are planning to release this film on June 14 next year.
