Film Vivaah is closest to Sooraj Barjatya’s heart: His son Avnish Barjatya said – Papa’s films are based on his real life personality.

Rajveer Deol and Paloma Dhillon are making their debut with the film ‘Dono’. This film has been directed by Sooraj Barjatya’s son Avnish Barjatya. The film will be released on 5 October.

Avneesh said that this film will also be a typical Rajshree type of film. In this also you will get to see a character like Prem. Avneesh said, ‘All the films that Papa (Sooraj Barjatya) has made are inspired by his real personality. All the characters named Prem are shown very well. Because there is an element of Sooraj Barjatya in all those characters.

The film’s lead actor and Sunny Deol’s son Rajveer Deol said that he liked the script of the film very much. Rajveer said that he had auditioned for this role not once but thrice. Rajveer says that the character played in the film matches his real life a lot.

Rajveer said, ‘I got selected after giving three rounds of audition for this film. He said that I feel that I can do justice to this role, because it matches my real life character a lot.

Rajveer said- Everyone in my house is not very expressive in front of me. When I told my family that I have been selected for this film, they did not show any special reactions. However, father (Sunny Deol) came to the set on the first day of the shoot. He even clapped for me. During that time I was a little nervous and very excited.

Rajveer Deol will debut with the film ‘Dono’

Rajveer said, ‘Film director Avneesh Paloma and I all three are making our debut with this film. I hope people will understand this. We have worked very hard for this film.

Rajveer called Uncle Bobby the best dancer
Rajveer says- Uncle Bobby is the best at dancing in my house. Completing Rajveer’s words, Sooraj Barjatya said – One day a dance scene was to be shot. During this time Bobby Deol came on the set. Bobby told me to sit outside because Rajveer would get nervous. However Rajveer stops Uncle Bobby and continues dancing.

Dev and Meghna have become Rajveer and Paloma in the film ‘Dono’.

Avneesh said- I was looking for fresh faces for the main characters of my film Dev and Meghna for a long time. When I saw Rajveer and Paloma, both of them were fitting the characters of Dev and Meghna.

He said, I met Rajveer very suddenly. I found the perfect match for my film.

Had to face many rejections because one film flopped – Sooraj Barjatya
Suraj told, out of all my films, one film ‘Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon’ had a little less run. After this, I faced many rejections in the industry. He said that all these things teach a person something.

Paloma Dhillon will debut with the film ‘Dono’

During the interview, Rajveer told that he likes ‘Unchai’ the most among all the films of Sooraj Barjatya. This film was released in 2022, while Paloma’s favorite films are ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ and ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun’.

Sooraj Barjatya likes ‘Vivah’ the most among all his films. He said that this film is closest to my heart. Whereas Paloma Dhillon likes the film ‘Trishul’ the most among her mother Poonam Dhillon’s films.
