The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee has released the tentative counselling schedule for OJEE 2023. The choice-filling window closes on November 14 during which students can select their course preferences. The mock seat allotment based on candidates’ chosen preferences will be released on November 15. The choice-locking facility is open until November 16 during which candidates have the opportunity to lock in their selected choices for the pharmacy courses.

Candidates who want to check the complete schedule can find it on the official website of OJEE at ojee.nic.in. Following the initial choice-filling and mock seat allocation stages, candidates must complete their registration and lock in their choices by November 17. The data reconciliation, verification, and validation of allocated seats will be held on Nov 18 to ensure a smooth admission process.

The seat allotment result for round 1 will be officially released on November 20. Those candidates who successfully secure a seat during the counselling process must complete their online reporting between November 20 and November 24. The deadline for responding to any queries or concerns related to the admission process is Nov 26.

OJEE 2023 counselling: How to Fill Choices

Step 1. Visit the official OJEE website at ojee.nic.in.

Step 2. On the homepage, locate and click on the ‘OJEE Pharmacy Choice Filling’ link.

Step 3. Enter your login details as required and click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 4. Proceed to fill in your course choices and preferences, and then click on Submit.

Step 5. Download the page for your records and keep a hard copy for future reference.

It’s important to note that candidates who have paid the Part Admission-cum-Seat Confirmation Fee and have verified their documents will be eligible to download their final allotment letter. Subsequently, they are required to report to the institute or college to which they have been allocated admission within the stipulated time frame (to be notified later). Failing to do so may result in the cancellation of the allotment, and any vacant seats may be filled through institute or college-level admissions, as per the official notification.
