The area of ​​each is spread over 1,324 square feet. The buyer is said to be a resident of Goregaon, Mumbai. He has also paid stamp duty of Rs 45.75 lakh for a flat.

According to Money Control report, Ranveer had signed this deal on 6 November. Ranveer has been investing in real estate business for many years. The two flats that Ranveer sold were purchased in December 2014 for Rs 4.64 crore. Within 9 years he has sold it at four times the price.

Bought a new house worth Rs 119 crore last year
Ranveer Singh had bought a new house worth about Rs 119 crore in Bandra, Mumbai last year. His house is located between Shahrukh’s bungalow Mannat and Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartment. The total area of ​​this new lavish house of Ranveer is spread over 11,266 square feet, it also has a terrace garden of 1300 square feet.

Along with this, 19 parking lots are also provided in it. Ranveer also paid stamp duty of Rs 7.13 crore for this.

Ranveer and Deepika have bought this house together.
