SRK did not drink water for two days during the shooting: Farah said – I was thirsty for perfect abs in the song Dard-e-Disco, I started having stomach pain.

Choreographer and director Farah Khan has told that Shahrukh Khan still rehearses every song. He pays a lot of attention to his work. His dedication can be gauged from the fact that Shahrukh did not drink water for 2 days for the shooting of the song Dard-e-Disco in order to show perfect abs on screen.

In an interview given to Bharti TV, Farah Khan talked with comedians Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa. During this, Harsh asked Farah – What is that thing, due to which Shahrukh looks great on screen even today? On this Farah said- I have done a song for Jawan. Shahrukh has been in this industry for almost 32 years, yet he wanted to rehearse this song. On this I asked him – What is your problem? Are you nuts. Responding to my question, Shahrukh said – No, I am thinking that if I rehearse, I will be able to dance well.

Farah has directed Shahrukh’s films like Main Hoon Na, Om Shanti Om and Happy New. Shahrukh was seen without a shirt for the first time in the film Om Shanti Om. Regarding this, Farah said – In the film Main Hoon Na, we wanted Shahrukh to be seen on screen without wearing a shirt. But at that time he could not work on his body because his back was injured. The injury also had to undergo surgery.

Then he danced without wearing a shirt in the song Dard e Disco of Om Shanti Om. Actually, Shahrukh had promised me that for the first time he would be seen without a shirt in my film. In this way he fulfilled his promise.

For this song he did not drink water for two days. Actually, it was important to see his perfect abs on screen. Drinking causes bloating, hence he remained thirsty. As a result, he was not able to dance properly and was also in pain.

Farah said- Shahrukh’s children have no ego
Farah and Shahrukh first worked together in the song ‘Ruk Jaa O Dil Deewane’ from Aditya Chopra’s film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and both have been friends for more than 30 years. Farah said that Shahrukh’s children have adopted some of his best qualities. Shahrukh and son Aryan have one thing in common. He said- When you go to Mannat, Aryan and Shahrukh will definitely come out to drop you to the car.

Regarding both Suhana and Aryan, he said, they both are very good. He has no ego and remains calm. Whereas Farah called younger son Abram naughty.
