If the arteries that carry blood to your heart get damaged, it can lead to a heart attack. Therefore, people should also opt for a mild and not intense workout.
3. Avoiding fast food- People should take utmost precautions when their diet is concerned and avoid eating fast food. They should include natural foods like fresh fruits and vegetables in their diet. Eating fast food can increase your intake of calories, total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. Excessive intake of these components can harm the health.
4. Family history of heart disease- Having a family health history of heart disease makes you more likely to develop heart disease yourself. Therefore, one should know about their family history and take utmost precautions regarding their diet and lifestyle.
