Antony Trailer Out: Joju George, Kalyani Priyadarshan’s Rock-Solid Appearance Is Worth A Watch – News18

The official teaser for director Joshiy’s highly anticipated film, Antony, was unveiled earlier in October. It generated excitement among fans and cinephiles and was officially released on the Saregama Malayalam YouTube channel. A month after dropping the teaser, the makers have now released a trailer for the upcoming film that marks another collaboration of the dynamic duo of director Joshiy and actor Joju George. The trailer gives a glimpse of a high-octane mass-action entertainer.

Headlined by Joju George and Kalyani Priyadarshan, the film explores the life of Antony Anthrappan, the protagonist played by Joju George, and his close-knit group. The trailer displays Avaran City ruled by notorious criminals and gangsters. Among all of them, the most dangerous is Antony who has committed heinous crimes and once set ablaze a sub-Inspector alive. The character shrouded in mystery makes it captivating for the audience as they are eager to watch the film in theatres.

On the other hand, Kalyani Priyadarshan will be playing a rebellious college student and professional MMA fighter. She is fascinated by violence. The film is scheduled to hit cinemas on December 1.

Helmed by Joshiy, Antony boasts a stellar ensemble cast including Joju George, Nyla Usha, Chemban Vinod Jose, Vijayaraghavan, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Asha Sharath, Appani Sarath, and Sijoy Varghese. The much-anticipated film is bankrolled by Einstein Zack Paul, Sushil Kumar Agrawal, Nitin Kumar, and Rajat Agrawal under the production houses Einstein Media, Nextel Studio, and Ultra Media Entertainment respectively. In addition to that, the music for the film is composed by Jakes Bejoy. Notably, Joju George and Joshiy earlier worked together in the film titled Porinju Mariam Jose.

The story of the film has been written by Rajesh Varma with Renadive handling the cinematography whereas Shyam Sasidharan took charge of editing. Vishnu Govind took charge of audiography while Dileep Nath led the art direction. Ronex Xavier is the makeup artist, and Praveen Varma designed the costumes. Siby Jose Chalissery donned the hat of chief associate director and Obscura Entertainment is responsible for marketing planning.
