Pankaj Dheer praised Salman: There is no better person than him in the industry, he sacrificed everything for the family

Actor Pankaj Dheer, who became famous by playing the role of Karna in BR Chopra's Mahabharata, has worked in many hit projects during his time. Recalling his past days in an interview, Pankaj shared stories related to Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan and Irrfan Khan.

Pankaj has been active in the film industry for the last 53 years.

'Salman used to play cricket with his brothers in front of me'
In an interview given to Leharen Retro, Pankaj described Salman as the best person. Pankaj said, 'Salman has grown up in front of my eyes.
He used to play cricket with his brothers in Bandra. At that time I never thought that he would become such a big superstar. Pankaj has worked with Salman in films like Sanam Bewafa and Tumko Na Bhool Payenge.

Talking about Salman's personal life, Pankaj said- 'There is no better person than him in the entire film industry. She has a very beautiful habit. I don't have words to describe it.

He is a different kind of child. He has sacrificed everything for his family. He has a very big heart. Whenever I meet her, I hug her. We all can only salute him.

Pankaj worked as an assistant director in Big B's film Parvarrish.

While sharing the experience of working with Amitabh, Pankaj said that he has worked with Big B in films like Parvana, Benam, Adalat and Parvarish. Pankaj used to be an assistant director in these films.

Pankaj said- 'I have seen his journey from Parvana to Parvarish and with his hard work he has reached such heights that hardly any other actor can reach. He is the most deserving actor of the country.

'Irrfan did not get any dialogue for 8 days'
In the same interview, Pankaj also shared the experience of working with Irrfan Khan. He told, 'I have worked with Irrfan in his initial phase. We used to work together in the TV show 'Chandrakanta'.

Once during the shooting of this show, Irrfan did not get to speak a single dialogue for 8 consecutive days. He just stood in the background.

On the 8th day, Irfan came to me and placed his hand on my shoulder and said, Pankaj Bhai, I have not spoken a word for the last 8 days. At least you talk to me. And see how much of a big star the same Irrfan became in the industry later.
