If you have fancied living in a huge mansion for your holidays, you might get lucky as a charity superdraw is offering a dream villa in Mallorca, Spain worth £3 Million (Rs 31.61 crore). The property comes with four bedrooms, stunning views overlooking the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains and a swimming pool and is also mortgage-free. Apart from the lavish villa, the lucky winner will also get £ 250,000 (Rs 2.63 crore) in cash. The Balearic island retreat comes with all legal fees covered and the winner can decide to keep the beautiful home or sell it. All you have to do is, spend £10 (Rs 1,053) to enter the lucky draw to become that lucky winner who will own this idyllic property. There’s one more condition. You need to be a UK resident, according to reports, to take part in this draw.
The Spanish villa is situated within a tranquil oasis within walking distance from the town Selva and village Caimari in the famous travel destination of Mallorca. The retreat comes with traditional Spanish features such as stone walls and terracotta rooftop, a contemporary feel indoors with bright and spacious open-plan living areas. The house also has a state-of-the-art kitchen complete with island dining, a conservatory with floor-to-ceiling glass doors offering views of the manicured gardens and a living room with an ornate fireplace. It also has direct access to the landscaped courtyard and barbecue area with a classic stone oven.
The lower floor also has an ensuite bedroom with a roll-top bath and the top floor of the property comprises a stylish master bedroom suite, complete with a bathroom and a closet and two additional guest bedrooms.

The mega raffle is raising money for Alzheimer’s Research UK to support the charity’s Clinical Accelerator Programme, which is currently speeding up the progress for the cure of dementia across the UK, reported the Mirror.
The disease is the UK’s biggest killer and has reportedly claimed more than 74,000 lives across England and Wales in 2022. There are no treatments currently available to slow, stop or prevent dementia but the charity has said that they have been working on a cure that could slow the disease.
This charity has been partnered by Omaze – an American for-profit fundraising company. The draw was launched on Friday, December 15. The company guaranteed a minimum donation of £ 1 million (Rs 10.53 crore) for the charity.
