According to the information received, Sukesh had sent many messages to actress Jacqueline Fernandez from a foreign number on WhatsApp while he was in jail, the chats of which have now come to light. According to the message sent, Sukesh wanted Jacqueline to wear a black dress during her appearance in the court. But Jacqueline does not listen to Sukesh. Sukesh becomes sad due to this. He sent this message to the actress on June 30, 2023.

Sukesh used to message the actress first from Delhi's Tihar and then from Mandoli jail. When the actress's message was not received, Sukesh started sending her audio messages. Troubled by Sukesh's message, Jacqueline had complained to Delhi Police EOW. Not only this, the actress also filed an application in the court and revealed the exploits of Sukesh. Jacqueline said that Sukesh is threatening her. Saying this he had sought help from the administration.

The case is based on an FIR lodged in the Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police against Sukesh and others for alleged criminal conspiracy, fraud and extortion of about Rs 200 crore. ED had said in its statement after the raid, “Sukesh Chandrashekhar is the mastermind of this fraud. He has been a part of the world of crime since the age of 17. ED seized Sukesh's sea-facing bungalow in Chennai on August 24. 82.5 lakh rupees in cash, 2 kg gold and more than a dozen luxury cars were seized from her bungalow. ED has also recorded Jacqueline's statement under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.”

According to ED, after becoming friends with Jacqueline, Sukesh had spent more than Rs 7 crore on her. Sukesh had gifted these things to Jacqueline…
