Decline in Salar's earnings
South superstar Prabhas's film Salaar saw a 50% drop in its earnings on the fifth day. Where on Monday this film had collected Rs 46 crores. Whereas on Tuesday it was able to do business of only Rs 23 crore 50 lakh. With this, the total Indian box office collection of the film has reached Rs 278 crore 90 lakh. Talking about the global box office collection of the film, Salaar has done a business of around Rs 500 crore in 5 days.
What is the story of the film?
Like KGF, the story of Salaar also starts from a fantasy world. The life of Aadhya (Shruti Hassan), who has returned from America, is in danger. Aadhya runs away and hides in a woman's house. That woman is Deva i.e. Prabhas's mother. Deva saves him from those goons. Gradually Aadhya comes to know the truth about Deva and her family.
The story moves to the world of 'Khansar' in the second half. Khansar is a place where people live in a separate world. They do not consider themselves part of the country. They have their own army. The British also kneel before him. After independence, there is king's rule there.
Prashant Neel is the director of Salaar and KGF films.
After the death of the king, the fight for the throne begins. Rajamannar (Jagapathi Babu) becomes king through deceit. For this he gets the entire colony of his rivals killed. Although some of them survive. Rajamannar's son Vardha and Deva are friends since childhood. Deva wants to make Vardha the king in the future, for this he also fights with the enemies.
Let us tell you that after 'Bahubali: The Beginning' and 'Bahubali: The Conclusion' made under the direction of S.S. Rajamouli, Salaar has been Prabhas's hit film. Before this, many of his films had been flops.
