Mukesh said- We had submitted this film for censor on 22 August 2023, at that time its title was – 2024 Election War. But this title was considered provocative, whereas Impa had registered and given us this title. After that we named the film Political War.
Censor Board saw the film after three months, then rejected it
Mukesh Modi further said- When the preview of the film was kept, it was sent to the revised committee without any show cause notice. Three months later, the revised committee saw the film and on December 22, the committee rejected it.
It was told that the faces of the actors shown in the film resemble those of Indian politicians. CBGC is giving certificate to films full of violence like Salaar and Animal. While rejecting a film which gives the right message.
Mukesh Modi lives in America.

Mukesh Modi further said- Censor Board officials do not have time for producers like us. They do not respond to emails, phone calls or messages. The system of the censor board here is not good, they waste a lot of time of the producers.
There is an appeal to PM Modi to give posts to good people in the Censor Board. I have suffered a lot due to censor issue. I have been in India for three months. Due to the negligence of the censor board, my film will not be released in theatres.
Our film inspires the youth, government needs to pay attention
Mukesh Modi says that his film will inspire the youth. The government should pay attention to this. In the film we have shown how external forces are trying to break India with the help of some corrupt leaders.
India is now going to become a world leader, in such a situation it is important to tell the Indian public how some forces are trying to break us. We are giving this message that people should vote and elect good people. This film also raises many piercing questions.
Many famous actors have worked in the film.
