The judge rejected the bail plea of the accused, accused of demanding extortion and threatening the plaintiff in the case registered against former ARTO RS Yadav, detained on corruption charges, and not representing him. The court of in-charge Sessions Judge Rakesh Pandey refused to grant bail to accused Amit Maurya alias Amit Kumar Singh. Rejected the bail application and sent him on judicial remand.
