Under the Swami Vivekananda Youth Empowerment Scheme of the state government, smartphones were distributed to BJ students of the year 2021-22 batch in the Hindi and Journalism Department of Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University. While on one hand the students were happy after getting the smart phone, on the other hand the sorrow of not getting the marksheet was also clearly visible on their faces.
