Gorakhpur's gangster Vinod Upadhyay killed in STF encounter. Recently, Congress raised questions on his death and termed the encounter as fake. In such a situation, DM Krutika Jyotsna has ordered a magisterial inquiry. SDM Lambhua has started investigation into this matter and has issued a notice to record the statement.
