Allahabad High Court has sought response from the state government and the Police Recruitment Board on the petition filed seeking five years relaxation in the age limit for Police Constable Recruitment 2023 for 60244 posts. In the petition, a demand has been made to give relaxation in age of 5 years.

This order was given by Justice Prakash Padia in the case of Jayaprakash and others.
