Rotary Club took the initiative to help the helpless people in the harsh cold of Balrampur district. Along with Rotary Club President Dr. Abdul Qayyum, the club members went to different places and not only distributed woolen sweaters, caps etc. to the children. The club members also installed reflectors in vehicles to reduce the ever increasing road accidents.
