ATS Additional SP Rahul Srivastava and his wife, accused of raping a student of the capital Lucknow on the pretext of teaching her, got relief from the Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court on Tuesday. While hearing in the Lucknow bench, the court has stayed the arrest of both of them in the rape case till Wednesday. The court will hear the matter again on January 17. The court said that if no sufficient and concrete evidence is found against them, then they should not be arrested in this case till January 17 at Gomtinagar extension police station.
