Relief to Mustafabad chief Ziauddin from High Court.

In Muzaffarnagar, village head Mustafabad Ziauddin Ahmed has got relief from the High Court. The High Court has stayed the order to cancel the caste certificate of his OBC. After the complaint of a person from the village, the district, divisional and government level scrutiny committee had canceled Ziauddin's caste certificate. The High Court has commented in its order that writing 'Shaikh' does not make one a higher caste.
