In Uttar Pradesh's Ambedkar Nagar, STF has filed a 2000-page charge sheet against former MLA Pawan Pandey and 12 others for fraudulently grabbing land worth crores of rupees for Rs 20 lakh. UP STF investigation has found evidence of fraud and forgery. Pawan Pandey was arrested by UP STF on November 9 last year. A case was registered against 12 people including the former MLA. After the order of the High Court, investigation in this matter was handed over to UP STF. A surveyor of the municipality was also involved in this matter. Evidence of forgery and fraud has been found against all the accused in Akbarpur Kotwali. UP STF has filed a charge sheet in the CJM court of Ambedkar Nagar on Friday.
