Special Judge of Lucknow's NIA/ATS Court, Vivekanand Sharan Tripathi, on Friday took a strict stance during the hearing of a case and gave strict instructions that the advocates should not waste the court's time. If he has to go for Namaz or any other religious function during the cross-examination, then he should appoint an amicus curiae.
