Mahatyagi Atmanand Das Nepali Baba appointed his disciple Hansraj Das Naga Baba as the successor Mahant. Mahant Dharamdas of Hanumangarhi was present on this occasion.

At the conclusion of the Sankirtan and Mahayagya chanting the name of Shri Sitaram for the welfare of the world in the holy stream of Saryu, Mahatyagi Atmanand Das Nepali Baba appointed his disciple Hansraj Das Naga Baba as the successor Mahant. He has been appointed the successor Mahant of all the ashrams including Shri Sitaram Naam Ashram located in Avadh Dham, Ramghat Ayodhya, Bihar, Varanasi and Vrindavan and Nepal.
