A peon in a private school in Kanpur burnt to death under suspicious circumstances on Thursday evening. Seeing smoke coming out of the room, the partner called the police and family members and informed them about the incident. Ghatampur police reached the spot and opened the room and found the peon's dead body lying half-burnt inside the room. The police have called the forensic team and started investigating the incident. The family members who reached the spot started creating ruckus alleging murder. The police pacified the family members by assuring them of action. The matter is of Janta Mahavidyalaya of Ghatampur.
