Tight security arrangements were seen in Mau on the occasion of Republic Day. The Railway Protection Force along with the dog squad carried out checking of many incoming and outgoing trains including the railway station. Along with questioning the suspicious persons, their belongings were also checked. During this time, checking campaign was also conducted inside the train by the dog squad.
