Chowk police is collecting evidence linking it to previous cases against Atiq's henchman builder Niaz Ghazi.

Another FI has been registered in Chowk police station against builder Niaz Ghazi, who made a fortune by investing Atiq Ahmed's black money in building construction in Lucknow. The saree businessman has filed a case against him under serious sections like murderous assault and threatening to kill. According to police sources, along with Atiq Ahmed, an IPS officer was also involved. Due to which most of the cases were not registered against him. It is discussed that this case has been registered due to the killing of Atiq and the side posting of that IPS.
