The 69th Filmfare Awards are about to be announced. This award ceremony is being held in Gift City of Gandhinagar (Gujarat). So far only technical awards have been announced. Karan Johar, Ayushmann Khurrana and Manish Paul will host the show. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will also attend the event.
This time Ranbir Kapoor, Shahrukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, Sunny Deol and Vicky Kaushal are nominated in the Best Actor category. Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Bhumi Pednekar, Kiara Advani, Rani Mukherjee and Taapsee Pannu have received nominations for Best Actress.
Kareena Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Varun Dhawan, Kartik Aryan, Ranbir Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor are going to perform in this ceremony.

The trophy given in the Filmfare Awards is called Black Lady.
