In the year 1999, three policemen had picked up a young man at the Cantt outpost of Sadar Bazar area. When his relative reached for information, he found the dead body of the young man inside the post. When asked the reason, the three policemen absconded. After that the relative of the deceased had lodged an FIR against the three policemen. Two accused constables have retired. While one constable is posted in Sitapur. After the sentencing, all three policemen have been sent to jail. The family of the deceased is satisfied after the court's sentence.
