Action has been taken on the instructions of SP in the case of absconding from police custody of the accused of raping a teenage girl who had appeared for remand in the civil court of Deoria. After negligence came to light in the absconding case of the accused, a case has been registered against the investigating sub-inspector, a head constable, a constable and the accused of rape. Apart from this, SP has formed three teams including SOG to arrest the accused. These teams have started searching for the accused. The clue of the absconding accused has not been found yet.
