Former minister of Kanpur Bar Association, Aridman Singh has filed a cross FIR against advocate Shiromani Shukla and his associates for assault and demanding extortion of Rs 2 lakh. A day earlier, advocate Shiromani Shukla had also filed a report against him under serious sections including assault and extortion. The police of Chakeri police station is investigating by registering an FIR on the complaint of both the advocates.
