The police station is gathering information about the dismissed army personnel.

Rs 1.82 crore was deposited in a dozen bank accounts of Prince Kumar Singh, a store handler posted at the Army's Reserve Supply Depot in Alambagh, Lucknow.
On getting information about this, Commanding Officer Lieutenant Colonel Mithilesh Yadav lodged an FIR against Prince at Alambagh police station. The police have started investigating the matter.
It is suspected that the accused Prince is also involved in anti-national activities. He has been dismissed on 19 December 2023 after a Court of Inquiry.
Revelation on booking air ticket using Lieutenant Colonel's ID
The Lieutenant has written in his complaint that on 29 September 2019, constable Prince Kumar Singh was posted in the Reserve Supply Depot.
On April 20, 2022, he had booked air tickets to Bangalore for himself, wife Archana and children. In which he had used the ID of Lieutenant Colonel Mithilesh Yadav.
He wrote his e-mail ID and mobile number in their place, due to which they were not informed. Not only this, he also traveled in his name.
On getting information about this, a departmental inquiry was conducted. In which during interrogation he confessed to the crime and told that he had gone to get his son treated and not to visit Bangalore.
This investigation revealed that he had 12 bank accounts. In which there is Rs 1.82 crore. This money was sent from the areas bordering the country. Due to which there is suspicion. Therefore, FIR should be registered in the matter and investigation should be done.
Court of inquiry held on fraud information, then dismissed
On the information about the fraud of constable Prince Kumar, a Court of Inquiry was conducted against him. In which he could not give details of the amount of 12 bank accounts and fake documents related to his sister-in-law's job.
Based on the evidence, after a Court of Inquiry, the accused Prince was dismissed on 19 December 2023.
Alambagh Inspector Shivshankar Mahadevan said that on the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered under the IT Act for fraud, preparing and using forged documents. Legal action will be taken in the case after verifying the available evidence during analysis.
