The assailants shot the disabled person near Rajwada Rampur flyover of Chanda Kotwali area in Sultanpur. The injured disabled person has been brought to CHC in injured condition. Where the police has reached and is investigating. It is surprising that this incident happened when the police of the district was checking every police station area on the instructions of the SP.
