Lost and stolen mobile phones were recovered and returned to their rightful owners in Kanpur Police Commissionerate. Mobiles were recovered with the help of mobile surveillance team on the basis of application form regarding mobile theft and loss under Eastern Zone. Mobiles worth lakhs of rupees were recovered and given to the real owners of the mobiles. People's faces lit up with joy after receiving the mobile.
