During the TB-free campaign in the state, 1748 out of 57647 panchayats have claimed to be TB-free. This claim made before the Health Department will be verified by the department and if the claim is found to be true then these Panchayats will be provided a certificate of being TB free by the District Magistrate. It is known that on the instructions of CM Yogi, the Health Department has launched a big campaign to make the state TB free. CM Yogi himself has stood on the stage several times and appealed for cooperation in the campaign started to make the state TB free. He is continuously discussing the status of TB in the review meetings of the Health Department and is also monitoring it. The claim of Panchayats being TB free is a confirmation of the efforts of CM Yogi.

Maximum 130 Panchayats of Ambedkar Nagar have declared themselves TB free.
