Ayushman card holders have to run from door to door to get their treatment and tests done at Halat Hospital. The patient is getting up from the bed and making rounds of the officers, but no officer is ready to listen to the patients. The patient alleges that the doctors had asked him to do an MRI 5 days ago, but when he went to get the MRI done after getting the prescription made, the pathologist refused to do it because it was written in the prescription that it was free. After this, when they went to the officials, they started running from one room to another.

Rajesh Kumar Sahu, resident of Naubasta Galla Mandi, works as a guard. He had come with his wife 5 days ago to get recruited in the new building. One side of his hand and leg is not working. He was admitted here under Dr. Amit Chandra. Rajesh Kumar alleges that despite the Ayushman card being made, no help is being provided here.
