A youth died after being shot under suspicious circumstances in Salempur Bangar village of Kannauj Kotwali area on Saturday afternoon. Police reached the village on information, took possession of the body and interrogated the villagers. Regarding the matter, the police say that the youth has committed suicide by shooting himself.
