Gorakhpur Development Authority GDA is preparing to launch its luxury housing project Greenwood Apartment soon. Its layout and design have been finalized. It will be built on 5 acres near Muktakashi stage in Planetarium area. This housing project to be built using Mivan technology will have a total cost of Rs 326 crore. Greenwood is the first project of GDA in which servant quarters will also be provided along with swimming pool.
