Old Age Pension Scheme is operated by the Social Welfare Department. Under which people of all categories above 60 years of age are given a pension of Rs 1000 thousand per month for their living. There are about 80 thousand beneficiaries in this scheme. Out of which, 12 thousand 543 beneficiaries are not getting old age pension for months due to non-linking of NPCI with their bank accounts.
