The court of Additional District Sessions Judge I Indra Singh of the Civil Court in Deoria on Friday gave its verdict in the case of murder and robbery following a dispute over a collision between a bike and a bicycle in 1995. The court sentenced one accused to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000 and 40 people from the other party were sentenced to 10 years each and a fine of Rs 1,000 each.
