A woman resident of village Ikauna of Madavara police station of Lalitpur consumed poisonous substance in front of her children. The innocent children informed this to their family members. The family members who reached the spot brought him to the hospital, where the doctors declared him dead. Family members told that the woman had left home in the morning to go to her parents' house with her three children, and on the way she consumed poison. The police took the body into custody and sent it for postmortem.
