Amidst all this, I was stopped at the airport and I even posed for a few seconds. Then I came to know that questions were being raised on my appearance. As if there is no more important issue left in the country.

Ayesha Takia further wrote – People are imposing their ridiculous ideas on me as to how I should have looked and how I should not have looked. Please get over me, friend. Leave me alone. I have zero interest in films. Neither do I want to come back to films nor am I interested in them. I am happy in my life and living very well. I never want to be in the limelight again. Nor is there interest in fame. Don't want to come into films. So chill. Stop worrying about me.
