A newborn wrapped in a sheet was found near a house in a village in Muzaffarnagar on Monday morning. Which was taken to CHC Charthawal. The newborn is breathing. It seems that he was thrown away after birth. After which he was referred to the district hospital.
The condition of that innocent child is critical in the district hospital of Muzaffarnagar.
