Free smartphones received by the Uttar Pradesh government were distributed on Wednesday at Jai Prakash Mahavidyalaya located in Umarhan, Chaubepur. Chief guest Ambrish Singh Bhola started the program by garlanding the statue of Mother Saraswati and lighting a lamp. Describing the schemes of Uttar Pradesh government, he advised the students who get mobile phones to connect with technical education by using this device meaningfully.
