Popular Kannada singer Naveen Sajju is known for his melodic vocals. Now, as per reports, the singer is set to make his official acting debut with the upcoming Colors Kannada show, titled Chukki Taare. The singer talked about his experience of being a part of this show in an interview.

Former Bigg Boss Kannada season 6 contestant and singer Naveen Sajju is gearing up to make his official debut as an actor, in the new show Chukki Taare. In an exclusive News18 interview, the actor revealed more about his experience, and what to expect from the show. He said, “It was very nice. We have got quality production & team.” He continued, “I was introduced to people through Bigg Boss. Now I have got an opportunity to act in the television medium.”

Speaking further, Naveen gave more insight into his character, and what the audience can expect, “I have got a very good role, a character that connects everyone, everyone’s mind. There is a family sentiment.” He added, “I have got a good director, producer and a good channel.”

The promo for Chukki Taare was released by the makers earlier this month, where the actor is seen in a simple look, giving a glimpse of his role. The short promo starts with two schoolgirls writing something on a dusty, old car, as Naveen’s character comes up from the side. He can be seen carrying some balloons, a white box, and a birthday cap when he stops midway to write something on the same dusty car with a vibrant smile on his face. By the end, he goes back to his path, looking extremely proud of his work. This small clip promises an emotional ride, that one can enjoy with their family.
