The Command Room of the Board of Secondary Education (UP Board) on Tuesday detected irregularities in one examination center each of Jaunpur and Deoria. The camera of the command room found that there is no adequate arrangement for the security of the strong rooms of the examination centers here. The CCTV DVR of Jaunpur center was found not to be correct. After which action has been taken against the center administrator, external center administrator and static magistrate of both the examination centres.

Similarly, the board itself inspected two centers of Prayagraj.
