Lucknow High Court has directed the state government to give a plan for the arrangement of open jail and other improvements. In this, jail superintendents of various jails of the state will also be able to give their opinion. The next hearing related to the case will be held in the court on March 29.

The court is hearing the petition filed on the basis of the prisoner's letter.
