On Sunday night, thieves broke the lock of the temple located in Bhawaniganj of Nevadhiya police station area of Jaunpur and took away jewelery worth lakhs. At the same time, three temples of Hathera village were also targeted by thieves. The priest has filed a complaint in the police station demanding action.
