A mentally handicapped youth climbed the tower of 132 KV high tension electricity line in Shravasti. Due to which the young man died due to electric current. The incident took place in Khanpurwa of Bhinga Kotwali area.
According to the information, they pass through the fields located outside Khanpurwa village.
